How I Got Here (When I Never Planned To)

I never set out to be a pastor. In fact, I told God I never would. The platform and potential criticism scared me. And truthfully, I didn’t believe I had a voice that mattered.

But something in me burned to see people free—deeply free. Free from shame, from hustle-for-worth mindsets, from broken identity, and from living anything less than the powerful life they were created for. I started coaching before I had language for it. Empowering people into purpose, helping them rediscover their authority, and guiding them toward deep emotional and spiritual restoration—it all just poured out of me.

Then one day, I realized… that’s pastoring. That’s ministry. That’s Kingdom business. And God had been training me for it all along.

Today, I lead a local church, mentor Kingdom entrepreneurs, and build leaders in business, ministry, and family life. I’m here to raise up reformers—men and women who are clear on their identity, whole in their soul, thriving in their homes, and equipped to carry Kingdom influence into every arena they touch.

For the last 7+ years, I’ve coached Christian leaders, led high-capacity teams, started and scaled businesses, and preached the gospel across 6 continents. I’ve seen the burnout. I’ve lived the “not enough” margins. And I’ve also watched God multiply what I surrendered—restoring my heart, my family, and my capacity for impact.

Whether you’re rebuilding a marriage, scaling a purpose-driven business, or stepping into a calling that terrifies you—if you’re done with shallow answers and ready for transformation, you’re in the right place.

What Clients Experience

People don’t come to me because they need more motivation.
They come because something feels off—too heavy, too unclear, or too disconnected from who they really are.
They’re carrying more than they should, leading on empty, or sensing that the old way of doing things doesn’t fit anymore.

Here’s what we work on—together:

  • Clarify your season and your assignment so you know exactly what to say yes and no to
  • Get your time and energy back so you’re not always behind or burned out
  • Strengthen your marriage and family rhythms so they fuel your calling, not compete with it
  • Build or restructure your business to align with your priorities, not just your potential
  • Break out of swirl, pressure, or indecision so you can move with confidence and peace
  • Restore connection with God—not just in theory, but in your everyday decisions
  • Lead from wholeness, not hustle so your influence multiplies without costing your soul
  • Create sustainable legacy that flows from identity—not performance

“This isn’t about pushing harder.
It’s about finally having the clarity, space, and structure to build what God actually designed you for.”

Who I Am (When I’m Not Coaching)

I’m not the guy who has it all figured out—I’m the guy who’s fought for every inch of freedom I now teach.

I’ve had to unlearn religion, rebuild identity, and wrestle with God over my calling more times than I can count. I’ve run businesses while battling burnout, preached sermons while walking through my own healing, and learned the hard way that success without soul alignment is just dressed-up dysfunction.

I’m married to my best friend and co-laborer in the Kingdom, Catherine—we’ve been building for 17 years through joy, pain, and everything in between. We’re raising four bold, kingdom-minded kids in Colorado.
